Computers shouldn't be hard...

There's people that are good at all sorts of things. Some are really good mechanics, others are really good at farming. For these people, the knowledge they have is common sense to them. It's almost hard for them to understand how what they know is special. To them, what they're doing is fun it's the only thing they could ever imagine doing.

For us at SimpleTech it's much the same only with computers. We've spent our whole lives around them and they just make sense. Unlike some people that have problems explaining things to people that don't understand, we believe we have the advantage of being able to relate the things you're not good at (computers) to the things you are good at (say, farming, running a business, etc.) and help make the whole thing make sense.
